Executors and partners

The University of Jyväskylä’s Centre for Multilingual Academic Communication is responsible for the overall JYU.INTEGRA training, language credits and any such related development and research work.

The University of Jyväskylä’s Open University provides the discipline specific content studies. The SIMHE service (Supporting Immigrants in Higher Education) is responsible for the students’ individual guidance.

This project relies on the multidirectional and multidisciplinary collaboration of partners such as the integration services for immigrants at the Central Finland TE Office and the Board of Education. We also collaborate with those Finnish universities and universities of applied sciences who organise and develop training for immigrants who have prior higher education studies and/or are eligible for higher education studies. Furthermore, we undertake our development work in cooperation with the University of Jyväskylä’s international networks, most notably with the Forthem alliance university partners, amongst them the Université de Bourgogne. The INTEGRA project’s development and research work has been funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture from 2018-2022.
