The Centre for Multilingual Academic Communication Board 
- approves the operating and financial plan (October)
- decides on the budget (November)
- approves the curriculum (March)
- approves the annual report and decides on the actions to be taken based on the annual report (March)

The Board is chaired by Vice Rector Marja-Leena Laakso. Director Peppi Taalas acts as presenter and Development Manager Mikko Jäkälä as recording secretary.
