Language Services

Language Services is an expert unit providing translations and editing. We offer reliable, high-quality services to the faculties, departments and staff of the University of Jyväskylä as well as to customers outside of the University.

We specialise in the translation and editing of academic texts, such as articles, conference materials and research reports. Our main languages are Finnish and English, but resources permitting, we offer translation and editing services for other languages as well. Authorised translations from Finnish to English are also available.

Please note that we do not proofread bachelor's or master's theses because language is one of their assessment criteria.
